The Perlman Foundation seeks to empower those individuals who have shown a desire to better their lives and have a proven history of working to improve their standard of living.
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Perlman Foundation is to bridge support gaps by assisting lower income children and families and charitable organizations that are working to improve communities throughout the United States. We seek to empower individuals and organizations by providing direct grants as well intangible services that positively impact beliefs, attitudes, emotions and confidence. The organization has announced the Bridging the Gap Award grant application, that will open tomorrow. This grant targets smaller charitable organizations (budgets under $250 thousand a year) that work with low-income communities in states where the Perlman Foundation has a presence. Organizations will have a chance to receive a $1,000-$10,000 unrestricted grant to help further their mission.
Applications will be accepted between September 15, 2012 through October 15, 2012. Voting starts November 1,2012! Organizations must like and apply on the Perlman Foundation Facebook page.
We are a non-profit organition, we can use the help and money for our organization. Please support our mission!

We missed your Oct deadline having just learned of your foundation, howeve we are definitely Building Communities and Creating Change. Our organization seeks to promote grief awareness and impact families and communities by teaching school-age youth to identify and heal their unrecognized grief. Our Grief Education Classes and Peer Grief Support Groups help students to reduce stress, improve concentration, increase learning, achieve their educational goals and change their lives.
With over 400,000 students in the Chicago Public Schools and a drop-out rate at nearly 40%, we are looking for foundations to partner with to heal grief. We hope you will consider us for your future campaigns.

I’m writing to you on behalf of my son Adolfo Bobino and his Fiance Areana Allen, and her two children.
On October, 20 2013 they where caught in the cross fire shooting. Areana was struck in the mouth with
a 9mm, Adoldo suffered two gun shot wounds, but for the grace of GOD the children where uninjured
phyiscally. The emotional toll has been enormous, Areannna has undergone several , denatal procedures.
They both suffer from PDST, from being shot. they live day to day dealing with this terrible ordeal. i
have assisted them both with , this unforeseen situation. I pray they will get get better, so they can have
a full and happy life. I would like too see them have a Merry Christmas, I hoping they will be able to recieve
gifts for the children. I thank you for you time.
