Home Mission Incorporated (HMI) was instituted in 1986 as a non-profit 501c3 organization in New Orleans, LA. Over the past seventeen years, Home Mission Incorporated has completed several community development projects. The long term goals of HMI are to minister to the mental, physical, spiritual, social and physiological needs of all man kind regardless of race, color or creed. These goals include, but are not limited to, feeding, clothing and sheltering the homeless; placing them back into society to function productively on their own; and helping them find permanent housing and employment, all through HMI in conjunction with various agencies, businesses and support groups.
