The tour is over , the queen in on vacation and the numbers are in superstar Beyonce’s BeyGood campaign raised more than $142,000 in the UK alone. Last month, #BeyGOOD teamed up with the U.K.’sPrince’s Trust for 12 concert dates, which included stops in Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London. The tallies are in and Bey’s #BeyGOOD campaign, which encourages people to be kind, be charitable and #BeyGOOD to each other and their communities, raised vital funds for The Prince’s Trust during the UK leg of her recent Mrs Carter Show World Tour 2014.
Martina Milburn, Chief Executive of The Prince’s Trust, said: “Thanks to Beyoncé and the #BeyGOOD campaign, disadvantaged young people across the UK will have the chance of a better future, despite facing challenges such as poverty, homelessness and mental health issues. We cannot thank both Beyoncé and all those who donated enough for their generous support.”
Throughout the tour fans were encouraged to text their donation, donate online or in-venue to the youth charity to help disadvantaged young people across the UK into jobs at a time when almost one in five are struggling to find work. Everyone who donated was given a chance to be randomly selected for a seat upgrade to an exclusive VIParea near the front of the stage.

While on her Mrs. Carter world tour in Dublin;Cologne, Germany; Amsterdam; Antwerp, Belgium; Barcelona and Lisbon, #BeyGOOD teamed up with local charities to help raise funds as well as awareness by her fans. All of the concerts featured donation tables for each charity in the main lobbies of the venues. Concert ticketholders who made a donation received a #BeyGOOD sticker,as well as free seat upgrades.
Say what you want about Beyonce and you better not say anything bad, but Beyonce continues to find unique avenues to use her celebrity to give back. Way to give back Mrs. Carter! #GivingIsGood
