Eboney Johnson is a woman on a mission as a former teen mom, today she serves a mother of many and considers herself to be a “Lady”. “I am today and am also a product of a broken home my mother is a drug addict and fortunately for myself I did get some guidance from a mother figure who encouraged me to be a lady finish school even with a child and be the best me I could possibly be,” says Eboney.
“I decided to start this program because I personally know how important it is and do strongly feel that with having just that much needed attention at just the right time our young girls can become so much more .”
Most girls of today seem angry and lack self confidence my organization prides itself in changing a young girls out look on life by placing special emphasis on their personal development to encourage the growth of a happy confident young lady , she believes that girls in today’s society need to be taught to be ladies it is in my heart and personal goal to reach out to these young girls about issues ranging from their own self worth to their goals and aspirations Alwayzladylike reinforces the message that young women need not objectify themselves or relinquish their anatomy, Alwayzladylike has boldly taken on this crisis with our female youth and understands that this is a critical time in grooming a girl into a young lady.

Alwayzladylike Inc. provides an etiquette mentoring program for girls between the ages of 9-17. Alwayzladylike Inc. Tea party & Black Tie program was first initiated in 2010 as a summer comprehensive program that incorporates basic table manners and dining etiquette as well as educates our ladies of tomorrow on what to wear for a dinner meeting an evening at an exclusive restaurant or formal affairs to acquaint them on dining with confidence also with knowing everything to do with dinner place setting and items this is vital information in the corporate world that is attained by the experience only.
