Meet today’s charity spotlight Breaking The Chains of Generational Curses (BCGC). BCGC provides a variety of services for teenage girls ages 12 – 18, including: mentoring, career guidance, and sex education.The mission is to Break the Chains of Human Trafficking, Child Abuse, CSEC and Teen Pregnancy by bringing awareness to the community and offering young women the chance to be a champion of their surroundings through services, advocacy and programs.
The organization is committed to making the lives of at-risk girls better, by giving them a strong sense of their worth and helping them to understand their true value. Through mentorship, psychological evaluation, spiritual guidance, scholarships and more.
Providing a variety of programs designed to enrich and empower young women, and to teach them the very important skills they’ll need to make critical life decisions is one of the underlying principles of Breaking The Chains of Generational Curses. They work with professionals in a variety of fields to provide seminars, sponsor outings, and training for girls who participate in the program!
