Educate Haiti Now is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to supporting the rebuilding efforts of Haiti since the earthquake of January 12th, 2010. We believe that education is the key to Haiti’s future success and that it represents a proven pathway to a better quality of life. As a result, our goal is to partner with educators and schools who share our pledge to provide quality education to Haiti’s children and to train effective and well-equipped Haitian teachers.
Currently, Educate Haiti Now is partnered with two schools, Centre Montessori de Dépio (CMD), a preschool and elementary school in Port-au-Prince, to help provide quality education to its students. Educate Haiti Now has alsp teamed up with La Précieuse Ecole Montessori, specifically its teacher training program, to train, prepare, and financially support those interested in pursuing a career in education.
