S.E.L.F.’s mission is to promote and facilitate healthy lifestyle and individual development through sport and fitness related activities by training, mentoring, and educating our student athletes. S.E.L.F. places an emphasis on coaching, motivating, and inspiring physical, mental, and emotional development through sports. S.E.L.F. will place an emphasis on education first and physical development second. In addition, S.E.L.F. strives to achieve optimum performance for its student athletes with a focus on individuality, and self-placement designed to help each student athlete reach his/her goals. S.E.L.F. is offering an intense academic and training program that will include academic tutors, mentors, personal and skill development trainers. S.E.L.F. understands that each individual is unique in terms of physical abilities and what personal goals they what to reach. S.E.L.F. will provide services to accommodate any age and skill level. Every student athlete will have a personalized workout routine, a skill development coach, and have the opportunity to participate in group training sessions and skill camps. Tutors are available based on each individual’s need. This will help them to improve academically, ensuring that ALL student athletes understand the importance of a quality education. Practice schedules will coincide with academic sessions.
S.E.L.F.’s ultimate goal is to develop enthusiastic, health conscious and academically successful student athletes. Encourage attitude of integrity, fairness, and respect. The kids will be endowed with knowledge, skills, and confidence to become role model student athletes.
