The T-Howard Foundation seeks to promote diversity in the media and entertainment industry by increasing the representing of minorities within these fields. This non-profit organization partners with major media and entertainment companies in major cities around the country to provide college students with full-time paid summer internships. The Foundation’s application’s early review deadline is October 31st, and the second review deadline is December 31st. Students must first complete the online application, and if they score high enough, they move on to phase two which is a phone interview. If students score high enough in phase 2, they move on to the Final Talent Pool. Students are not guaranteed an internship with the T-Howard Foundation, but it is still an opportunity for them to work in the media and should not be passed up.
