I must say that in my opinion, this has been Chris Brown’s best year of giving back! It seems like every other day I receive a tip on something that Brown is doing to serve others and I respect that. A few weeks ago after my last post on Chris Brown’s charity work, I received an email that said they felt Chris Brown was just giving back to make himself look better and it wasn’t geniune and I shouldn’t report on him. My response to that is how do you know that? I simply respect people for just giving back, there are a lot of people who make mistakes, but never do anything to serve others, and to add to that there are a lot of people who simply don’t give back at all. What I do know for sure is that if you truly give back, you will love it, because giving is good! So now that I addressed that on to the next good thing Chris Brown is doing now.
As you know here at BCG we are huge fans of Get Schooled, since founding as a stand-alone non-profit in 2010, the organization aims to use the media and messengers of popular culture to inspire and engage students in an effort to improve high school graduation rates and empower more students to go to and succeed in college. 
Get Schooled has recently teamed up with Grammy winning Singer and Actor Chris Brown to make sure that kids finish the school year strong! Breezy who recentlty celebrated his 24th birthday, a high school graduate, always made his own education a priority, despite his demanding career. “My Mom encouraged me to definitely finish school”, said Chris Brown. “So when I started my career, I’d go from balancing my school work during the day to working in the studio at night.”
Chris takes getting an education seriously and so should you! Parents this is an amazing program, let the celebrities be the ones who wake up your kids! All the steps are below, we love it, way to go Chris Brown and Get Schooled!
