Young ladies (ages 12-21) are invited to participate in an interactive discussion with our panel of speakers on issues relating to teen health, body image, self-esteem and relationships. This forum supports open discussion in a safe and positive environment with the goal of encouraging young ladies to explore new means of healthy living, gain confidence in self expression, and building and maintain strong relationships. We are very excited to have Jhae Ali, Relationship Coach; Deanna Jefferson, Fitness Expert; Nakeesha Harris, Nutritionist; and Alice Giraud, Author of “Young Ladies of Virtue” on our panel.
