Polished For Prom, Inc. Launches “Professionally Polished” Luncheon To Empower Youth for Career Development!
What: “Professionally Polished” is a professional development luncheon for DC area youth which will occur this this Saturday. Polished For Prom, Inc., an organization dedicated to creating programs to build self-development of young girls, will host this one of a kind event in an effort to inspire nearly 60 local young girls to go after their professional dreams, connect them with mentors to guide them with career planning, and allow them to hear the stories of some of DC’s elite career women who have prevailed against adversity to obtain success. Speakers for Saturday’s event include Desiree Venn Frederic, Founder and Executive Director of the Fashion Empowering Women Foundation, Monica Proctor, Relationship Coach and Entrepreneur, and Arnetta Luke, Humanitarian and owner of DC’s premier Skin Beauty Lounge Spa.
