Fabolous and the Fabolous Way Foundation 3 Kings Coat Drive!

A Fabolous Way Foundation kicked off their First Annual 3 Kings Coat Drive this November at Dr. Jays in Brooklyn, NY. Founded by Def Jam Recording Artist Fabolous.

The 3 Kings Fabolous, Robinson Cano of the New York Yankees, and Ahmad Bradshaw of the New York Giants, partnered up with  HOT 97, DEF JAM and DR JAYS in keeping NYC warm this winter.

“We just started the Fabolous Way Foundation, and the winter was coming and we wanted to kick off the foundation with something where we’re giving back to the people within the inner city. The winter is coming and it’s getting cold and people need coats and people don’t have the opportunity to go out and buy themselves coats. So we wanted to encourage other peole who have coats to donate or donate winter gear. There’s plenty of people with two or three coats in their closets that they never wear.” Fabolous tells WPIX 11 News.

They will be accepting all new and gently used winter coats, jackets, scarves, hats and gloves at all Dr Jays NYC and New Jersey locations. All coats and other winter gear will be collected and donated to New York Cares which collects over 700,000 coats over the winter and distributes them to men, women and children who would otherwise go cold. 3 Kings are aiming to collect more than 100,000 coats so join them in the drive!
