November is right around the corner; meaning Election Day is no doubt upon us. It’s up to each and every one of us to show up and show out so to say at the polls this November.
She will officially kick off the initative — which will include digital, paid media and grassroots organizing — with rallies in Charlottesville and Fredericksburg, Va., on Friday. Obama campaign operations in battleground states will launch their own programs next week.
“This ground up approach to organization-building has been a hallmark of the Obama campaign, and the president and first lady often remind voters about the impact they can have by getting engaged on the community level,” the campaign said in a statement. “By taking it one step further and encouraging supporters to start small, the campaign aims to engage new people and build its organizational reach even further.”
As Rev. Al said it best this election is not about Obama, but about your mama. There are so many issues, healthcare, education, Medicare, you name at stake and we must utilize out right to vote. Our first lady Michelle Obama, has kicked off a new campaign, “It Takes One,”.
