As 2014 comes to a close, we here at Black Celebrity Giving want to wish all of our supporters a very Happy New Year – we hope your 2015 will be prosperous and blessed. Thank you so much for your support of BCG throughout the year, we traveled once again to five cities for our 2nd Annual Giving Boutique – pop-up shopping experience for homeless youth, we reached two milestone of over 25,000 books delivered with our Give Me 5 Campaign and over 10,000 meals served as we celebrate one year of our homeless feeding initiative Sunday Soul which made it’s debut in Washington, DC in November. Our first college student organization launched in the fall on the prestigious campus of Spelman College – Spelman BCG developed a host of programs including a Young Men’s Etiquette class. We hosted the Giving Is Good Awards in Atlanta and kicked off the year with the 3rd Annual Black Celebrity Giving “BCG Awards”, and our Beauty for the Bold campaign provided 50 shelters with beauty supplies for their residents, plus much more. Let’s just say we look forward to doing more good in 2015!
As we kick off the year we wanted to let you know just a few things you can expect from us in 2015. Stay connected with us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and let us know your thoughts and collaboration ideas!
